Hi Kevan,
just to let you know, seeing as I didn't have any exotic Ellies in the box for our game this thursday, i have managed to dig out some dodgy Gallic cjhariots for you, so that you will at least have something unusual to fondle against the Romans (technically I should swap them for CM to play Imperials, but happy to stretch the comparative lists a couple of decades to allow them in - just expect a few tut-tuts from the I think you'll find brigade! )
7 large warbands (including 2 elite)
2 CGL chariots
1 compulsory hairy arsed cavalry unit and some skirmishers to make up the points
Usual completely useless barbarian command structure worth 0 points and a poor (if exceptionally hard looking)general

Given the Roman's historical showing against warbands at the club, I expect nothing more than a complete grubbing of my legions, who are still washing the manure off their togas from their last outing
I'll be drawing from a similar list to the Romans with sarmation allies set up I have posted for John's match against the Palmyrans
