Could I ask that people wishing to show off their pictures on this forum host them elsewhere (Picassa or Photobucket are both good free photo hosting services) and then use embedded links to display them in this forum.

Please don't upload pictures directly to this forum - bandwidth and storage cost us money and if other people are giving it away let's let them pay.

To do this you host your picture somewhere like Picassa or Photobucket, put the url for the picture in your post here and turn it into an embedded link using the Img button you see when you're writing a post. As an example

without the spaces in the html code within the square brackets becomes



Although this photograph is displayed in my post here, it is stored on Google (Picassa) servers and uses their bandwidth.
